    Pros +

    • Everything was perfect. Everything I expected from a beach resort. Reasonable prices, and very attentive staff. The tent rooms gave a natural camping setting. AC was perfect. Food was amazing. Pool is well maintained. Thankyou
    • I liked that the staff were very polite and always smiling. The breakfast was mostly Filipino, which was no problem for me and my husband, who loves Filipino food. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage, and the resort is easy to find and very accessible.
    • Swimming pool and restaurant and mango shakes!! And proximity to the beach and value for food

    Cons -

    • The showers could probably use a deep cleaning, as I noticed some mold starting to build up, which is understandable given the humid weather and the resort’s proximity to the beach. Also, a small suggestion for the website: it might help to clarify that the King Villa is more suitable for families and shares a common wall with neighboring units, while the Honeymoon Suites are more private and secluded. We initially booked the King Villa thinking it would be completely private, but the team was kind enough to move us to a Honeymoon Suite on the last night of our stay.
    • 4 bedroom little bit crowded and bathroom has a slightly displeasing smell
    • I wished to receive clearer instructions on the islas gigantes tour ahead of time. What to do, where to go. Also, my room was close to the massage cabins and the music was playing from 5:30am til late at night. Thankfully, they agreed to lowet the volume.

We had a great experience: nice room, great location, hospitable and respectful staff. We enjoyed the pool, walking on the beach. Good proximity to Bancal port. I also liked the relaxed, family-friendly vibe. And good selection of food in the restaurant.

Cozy and warm, if you want a peaceful place the place is a recommended.

I loved the pool which is beautiful and it has trees for shade. The grounds are nice, you can do a bit of jogging around the pond and the property. Rooms are very comfortable. Having a big balcony is great. Both the bungalow and the room in the 2 floor building were equally comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant area is spacious and loved the high ceilings. There is a beach bar for a drink. The staff was extremely professional and worked really hard always with a smile. Great customer service. The massages are extremely nice and professional. It is a great place to unwind and relax. It has an easy access to Gigantes Islands departure Bancal port about 15 minutes by car.

There is nothing about the resort I did not like.

I seldomnly take time to review places I'd been to but this resort exceeded my expectation and definitely deserve an excellent review. When we arrived there, they gave us a big smile and welcoming drinks with warm towel. I was surprised with their excellent customer service. Maybe out of 20 staff I saw, only 1 staff I didn't see smiling. They have also excellent food choices for breakfast buffet. They offers a lot of activities for free like karaoke, outdoor games, billiards, paddling etc and every Fri and Sat, they have bonfire with marshmallows for free. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely go back. Kudos to all the staff. They are all doing a great job ♥️

When we arrived, the room phone was not working but they replaced it immediately and the activities we're too dark and too far from the cabins

We love the outside views of the property. Resort is very peaceful and relaxing. Awesome pool with warm water. Exceptional staff who responded quickly to our numerous calls. Great buffet breakfast selections. Very soft towels.

Too pricey for the old cabin we got. The area is not clean, water went to the toilet area when we showered. Needed to call maintenance on our first day due to slow drain at the sink. No place to store our clothes. Internet connection is chappy.

The property was clean and the room had everything I needed. Plenty of room and did not feel cramped.

I think their food is way over priced for what you get. Be careful this is where you can lose your budget fast!

    The bathroom in the room

The staff is awesome, attentive and courteous! The resort is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet and the lunch/dinner menu is decent. The beach is basically clean but it was jellyfish season when we went so we used the pool. But if you go on the island hopping tour, you can swim in beautiful beaches in the islands.

Coming in from Bacolod City, going to Carles from the Dumangas RORO Port is quite some drive (about 2.5 hours).

Great amenities. Great restaurant. Private beach. Nice big room! Clean.

Nothing much outside of resort. Have to drive.

    9BermudezPosted on: 8-21-2025

Peaceful and Relaxing. The food was great too

Our room wasn’t prepared properly. There were some trash in the drawers. And the Recreation area needs atleast a staff member to guide guest if they need something.

Location. Amenities. Cleanliness. Friendliness. Great breakfast buffet. Pool clean and huge with hot tub. Golf cart for getting to the gate or reception area.

Pool towel not available. I had to wait about an hour. Tissue only 1 provided per stay, had to ask everytime.

Wonderful Stay!Very nice resort — calm, relaxing, and beautifully surrounded by nature. I especially loved the telescope in the tower bar area — such a unique touch! The pool was great, the breakfast buffet too and the room was spacious, and the overall atmosphere made for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice, the grounds are well-maintained. Peaceful, nature-vibes, good food, nice development of the place.

    7Doondi S. K.Posted on: 7-2-2025

    Clean property, spacious and nice.

Water pressure in the room is not good, water comes very slow.

    9DaisyPosted on: 6-20-2025

It was peaceful and the outdoor grounds are well maintained. It is not crowded that the guests can truly relax and unwind.

The toilet in our room had dark discolorations at the bottom and make it look dirty. The bath towels do not look clean (they seem to be old with stains and not pure white anymore even if we asked for replacement, it’s still the same) - please purchase new towels since the current state of the towels do not suit a 4-star hotel. We were thinking of just bringing our own towels next time, but you don’t usually need to do that for a hotel this type.

    8DonnalynPosted on: 6-18-2025

The food was good. The location wasn’t that good because there were many jellyfish in the beach.

For the breakfast, there could be more food because the kids don’t eat the other foods.

rooms were spacious and comfortable grounds were well kept and lighted at night food was reasonably priced staff was helpful and considerate
